Soil lookups. The address you enter is sent to the US Census geocoder and, if that fails, to OpenStreetMap Nominatim, then the coordinates are sent to the USDA Soil Data Access service. We log the outcome of each lookup (success or which failure), the soil values returned, latency and the page it came from, together with a one-way hash of your connection that changes daily. We do not store the address itself unless you save a result.

Saved results. If you save a result, we store your name, email, phone (if given), the address, the soil result, what you told us about your quote or inspection, the consent sentence you accepted, and the time. It is kept in a database we control and is used only for the purpose stated in the consent sentence. Email us at the address in the footer to have it deleted.
